Back in the 70s, my dad used to play guitar hero with his brother and sister. Obviously, Playstation 2 was not even a thought yet, let alone in homes around the country helping middle schoolers rock out like there was no tomorrow. No. See, back then, electricity was a new idea, and people were still a little afraid of it. So video games were a no go my friend, much too risky, we couldn't have a repeat of the great bean bag fire of '67, one little spark from one of those crazy video game things and the polyester-filled house would be gone in a puff of smoke.
